Menopause Yoga Mini Retreats

The rollercoaster of hormones that occurs 7-10 years before menopause and the settling of hormones post-menopause causes us a smorgasbord of symptoms; some of the most common reported by women are sudden hot flushes, feeling flat and not yourself, feeling more anxious and overwhelmed, waking in the night/sleeplessness, being prone to outbursts or extremely irritable.

 

We have designed six workshop retreats to deep-dive into how to alleviate these common menopausal challenges. Take a look and see if any of these retreats meet your needs.
