What to expect

Enjoy gentle practice that releases excess heat and cools the body. Symptoms: Extreme temperature fluctuations - Hot flushes, night sweats. Women’s circle, demonstration and practice of breath exercises, yoga poses, restoration and mindfulness. Join the free session from 10.15 to 10.45 a.m. to discuss information on why we experience symptoms, symptom-specific techniques, nutrition, and supplements. We’ll invite guest speakers such as nutritionists, naturopaths, sports trainers and medical practitioners to share their knowledge weekly.
