Enjoy an extended Flow to Restore class to recharge your nervous system before the weekend.
What to expect
Recharge before the weekend! Shift your energy in a 30-minute vinyasa flow so you can melt into a 60-minute restorative yoga session. It will start with a philosophical topic to ponder, followed by breathwork and vinyasa. Then, you'll be ready to melt into a relaxing, nourishing 60-minute restorative yoga and meditation session. Facilities Yoga gear, including mats, bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, straps, blocks, and massage balls, is provided. What to bring Please consider bringing a water bottle. You are welcome to bring your gear, especially your favourite blanket and cosy socks. Spaces are limited, so please book in advance to secure your spot and avoid missing out!

Hi, I'm Em
I lead all Little Glimmer classes and Retreats.
I'm a certified yoga instructor (Level 1 Tamara Yoga 350hr Teacher Training) and an accredited Menopause Yoga teacher.
I’m not a perfect teacher (no arm balances or headstands here!) I’m playful, philosophical, and nurturing.
I love how yoga teachers can mention one little story or a slice of yogi philosophy that reaches you at just the right time. I hope to bring this kind of little glimmer to you one day.​
