# TREASURE HUNT RETREAT - BOOKING POLICY SUMMARY **Retreat Dates:** March 13-16, 2026 | Margaret River, Western Australia --- ## PAYMENT TERMS All payments are in AUD. Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Bookings within 60 days of retreat require immediate full payment. Booking is confirmed once payment is received. --- ## CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY **If you cancel:** We will make reasonable efforts to rebook your spot. - **If successfully rebooked:** Refund of full payment minus $200 administrative fee - **If not rebooked:** No refund provided (we cannot recover costs or lost income) - **No-shows:** 100% non-refundable, no refund provided Refunds (if applicable) processed within 14 days of successful rebooking. **To cancel:** Email info@littleglimmer.com.au with your booking reference number as soon as possible. --- ## HEALTH & LIABILITY You participate in all retreat activities at your own risk. This retreat includes physical activities (yoga, light walking) that carry inherent risks. You are responsible for your own physical and emotional wellbeing. **You must:** - Disclose any medical conditions or injuries at booking - Consult your healthcare provider if you have health concerns - Modify or stop any activity causing pain or discomfort **Important:** Em is not a licensed therapist or medical professional. This retreat is not medical treatment or therapy. By booking, you release Emily Cook trading as Little Glimmer from any liability, claims, or injury arising from your participation. --- ## ESSENTIAL INFORMATION - **Age requirement:** All participants must be 18+ - **Travel insurance:** Strongly recommended for trip cancellation and medical coverage - **Photography:** By attending, you consent to photos/videos being used for marketing purposes - **Accommodation:** You are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear --- ## IF WE CANCEL If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund. Hi, I'm Em
I lead all Little Glimmer classes and Retreats.
I'm a certified yoga instructor (Level 1 Tamara Yoga 350hr Teacher Training) and an accredited Menopause Yoga teacher.
I’m not a perfect teacher (no arm balances or headstands here!) I’m playful, philosophical, and nurturing.
I love how yoga teachers can mention one little story or a slice of yogi philosophy that reaches you at just the right time. I hope to bring this kind of little glimmer to you one day.
