Learn techniques to soothe tension and stress. Cooling practice is used to soothe heated emotions and rebalance the kidneys, liver, and spleen—organs associated with anger and fire. Symptoms: Unexpected outbursts, rage, irritability, wanting to express opinion, not feeling heard. Women’s circle, demonstration and practice of breath exercises, yoga poses, restoration and mindfulness. Join the free session from 10.15 to 10.45 a.m. to discuss information on why we experience symptoms, symptom-specific techniques, nutrition, and supplements. We’ll invite guest speakers such as nutritionists, naturopaths, sports trainers and medical practitioners to share their knowledge weekly.
