Spring Mini-Yoga Retreats

These retreats give you the time to unwind with playful yoga, breath exercises, quiet contemplation, healthy snacks, rejuvenating restorative yoga and meditation.
Menopause Mini-Yoga Retreats
The rollercoaster of hormones that occurs 7-10 years before menopause and the settling of hormones post-menopause causes us a smorgasbord of symptoms; some of the most common reported by women are sudden hot flushes, feeling flat and not yourself, feeling more anxious and overwhelmed, waking in the night/sleeplessness, being prone to outbursts or extremely irritable.
We have designed six workshop retreats to deep-dive into how to alleviate these common menopausal challenges. Take a look and see if any of these retreats meet your needs.

Menopause Yoga Courses
The physical and mental state you bring into perimenopause and post-menopause can be amplified. If you suffer from anxiety, low mood, cramps, irritability, or sleeplessness beforehand, it’s likely to accelerate during perimenopause and post-menopause. The good news is that we can build on healthy habits to help tremendously. This is where the course comes in.
