I'm so glad you're here. If perimenopause has left you exhausted, foggy, anxious or irritable, you're in good company. Over these five short practices, we'll learn to work with your body's new rhythms rather than against them. There's no right order and no rush. Start with whatever feels loudest for you today, and come back to the others whenever you need them. Each practice is around 30 minutes, with a Companion Guide to keep.
