The soonest mini-retreat is Sunday 16th February. Once the kids return to school and we resume the everyday routine, join me in realigning our bodies and minds to face the new year with grace and gusto.
It's incredible how good you feel after a few hours to calm the nervous system and step away from the doing.
Most of us probably don't have the time and budget to get away on yoga retreats every few months. The idea of these mini-retreats is to fill your cup seasonally or bi-monthly so you can rejuvenate regularly!
These monthly mini-retreats are held in a candle-lit North Fremantle Community Hall space. They are offered on Sundays from 1 to 4 p.m. Pricing is $80 per retreat, or you can save on packages. Go on... you deserve a little treat for yourself.
You'll have three hours to check in with yourself, flow through a gentle vinyasa, receive a self-massage, and melt into a long restorative yoga and meditation.
Allow yourself to recharge and reboot to approach the month with new grace and gusto.

I am a 350-hour qualified yoga teacher with accreditation in Menopause Yoga. My teaching style is playful, contemplative and nurturing. Expect to be fussed over!
Facilities
Yoga gear is provided, including mats, bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, straps, blocks, and massage balls. Enjoy a light, healthy snack and tea.
Do I need to know how to do yoga?
No. Beginners are welcome.

There is usually street parking available on Thompson St and limited spots in front of the hall.
