These mini-yoga retreats have been thoughtfully crafted to reinvigorate and restore.

  • Open the mind with a little bit of yogi philosophy and breathwork
  • Get the blood flowing with playful, gentle yoga (beginners are welcome!)
  • Boost energy with some light, healthy treats
  • Release tension with some blissful restorative and yin yoga
  • Send yourself into a dreamy, relaxed state with yoga nidra meditation

Designed and facilitated by a certified yoga teacher.

No experience or yoga gear is necessary.

Set in a candle-lit space in the North Fremantle Community Hall.
