Format: Live online sessions. If you miss a session you can access a recording for up to 5 days afterwards.
Duration: 40 minutes per session
Tech Requirements: Computer/tablet with internet for video calls
Physical Requirements: Space to move gently (bedroom/living room works fine)

"Do I need yoga experience?"
Not at all! Everything is designed for complete beginners while still being valuable for experienced practitioners.
"Do I need special equipment?"
No special equipment needed! Just a yoga mat (or towel), 2-3 pillows or cushions, and a blanket. We'll work with what you have at home.
"Will I need my camera on?"
No! You can keep your camera off and just listen and follow along. Only demo partners volunteer to be on camera - everyone else can participate privately.
"What if I miss a session?"
Not sure you can make all the sessions? The live recordings will be available for 5 days after each session. However, attending live gives you the best experience with real-time community connection and the ability to ask questions.
