Wednesdays are for our Menoposse at Little Glimmer!

Every Wednesday, we have a full schedule dedicated to Menopause Yoga. Here, you can learn techniques that may alleviate brain fog, feeling flat and sluggish, anxiety and overwhelm, extreme irritability, hot flushes, or sleeplessness—common symptoms of perimenopause and postmenopause. You'll meet like-minded women and relish some time to recharge and restore.

 

Our classes and retreats suit every woman, from beginners to advanced yogis. While educational, they also have a relaxing retreat element so that you can leave with knowledge and a lovely recharge!

When we are in perimenopause or post-menopause, one of the most beneficial things we can do for ourselves is restore the nervous system.

Designed and facilitated by me (Em), a certified yoga teacher (350-hour training with Tamara Yoga).

At 48, I am encountering some weird and wonderful perimenopause symptoms. I completed an internationally acclaimed and certified 40-hour Menopause Yoga Course. Now, I enjoy sharing yoga techniques that help alleviate menopausal symptoms in my Menopause Yoga Classes and Retreats. I'm reading books and listening to podcasts about nutrition, yoga techniques and mindset. Perhaps most importantly, I am experimenting with all these things myself. True "mesearch".
