Treasure Hunt: Unearthing Your Spark

Ready to write your next chapter?

What to expect

Lost your spark somewhere under life's roles and responsibilities? Maybe you used to paint, write, dance, make things with your hands — those little joys that made time fly by — and somewhere along the way it got buried. This 3-hour workshop uses yoga and guided reflection to help you unearth those flow states, work through what's holding you back, and take small, practical steps toward more of what lights you up. WHAT WE'LL EXPLORE We'll use yoga to open ourselves up for reflection and introspection, then move into a structured (but not boring!) process to look back at the moments in your life when you felt most lit up. If nothing comes to mind, we'll use exercises to explore what they could be. Then we'll map where and when they got buried, and why. Finally, we'll design tiny experiments to bring them back — working through practical ideas for weaving more of what you love back into your days. WHAT YOU'LL WALK AWAY WITH You'll leave with a clear map of your peak moments and where they got lost, practical ideas for weaving more of what you love back into your days, renewed motivation and vigor around bringing your spark back, and a clear first step toward what actually lights you up. WHAT'S INCLUDED - All materials provided for exercises and visioning work - Yoga mat, bolster, eye mask and blankets provided - Just bring yourself, a water bottle, and an open mind - Bring your glasses if you need them - A journal is handy if you like to process through writing LOCATION & DETAILS - Sunday 7th March, 1–4pm - North Fremantle Community Hall, 2 Thompson Road - Free parking out front, additional street parking on Thompson Road - Wheelchair accessible — first door on the right - Spaces limited to 12. Hi, I'm Em

I lead all Little Glimmer classes and Retreats.

I'm a certified yoga instructor (Level 1 Tamara Yoga 350hr Teacher Training) and an accredited Menopause Yoga teacher.

I’m not a perfect teacher (no arm balances or headstands here!) I’m playful, philosophical, and nurturing.

I love how yoga teachers can mention one little story or a slice of yogi philosophy that reaches you at just the right time. I hope to bring this kind of little glimmer to you one day.

Address:  All classes and retreats are at North Fremantle Community Hall, 2 Thompson Rd, North Fremantle.
