Little Glimmer Treasure Hunt Workshop
What to expect
Sundays, 1-4 pm | North Fremantle Community Hall
Somewhere under your roles and responsibilities, there are things that light you up. Maybe you used to paint, write, dance, or make things with your hands — those little joys that made time fly by. Somewhere along the way, they quietly slipped off the schedule.
We begin with yoga to settle the body and quieten the busy mind — nothing intimidating, just gentle movement and breath that gets you out of your head.
Then we move into a structured reflection process. You'll map your life journey and notice the moments you felt most lit up.You'll see where they got buried, what's been holding you back — and why.. And you'll design a small, practical first step toward what actually matters to you.
The space overlooks the green and quiet, with bolsters, blankets, and herbal tea. It's also lovely to come with a friend. You don't need to be a yogi or a journaller. You just need to be quietly curious about what's next.

What we'll do together
Settle in
— gentle breathwork and stillness to clear the noise
The Treasure Box moment
— if money wasn't a concern, what work would you love to be doing?
Map your chapters
— your career, chapter by chapter, seen fresh
Choose a small experiment
— not a big leap. Just one tiny thing to try
Meet your constellation
— the common thread of your joys and strengths, your supporters and where things stopped
Leave with a plan
— a real thread of what you're drawn to, and one next step
Hi, I'm Em
I run Little Glimmer from the North Fremantle Community Hall — weekly classes, monthly mini-retreats, and longer getaways down south.
Before yoga, I worked as an experience designer. Mapping customer journeys. Asking what worked, what hurt, what people wanted more of.
One day it struck me: what if we turned that same attention on our own careers?
That's what Career Joy Mapping is.

FAQs
Will I have to speak in front of people?
No — this is a private reflection in a guided group. What you write and explore stays yours.
What if I can't remember what I enjoy?
That's exactly what this afternoon is for. We'll find them together.
Do I need to be fit or flexible?
Not at all. The yoga is gentle, playful, and completely optional — just breath and movement to help you settle. No experience needed, and everything can be modified. This is a reflection workshop first, with some yoga woven through — not the other way around.
Where is it?
I can come to you or it can be hosted at the North Fremantle Community Hall, 2 Thompson Rd, North Fremantle.
Is this outplacement?
It sits alongside it. The reflective piece that's often missing — not a replacement for CV or interview support, but what comes before it.
Does this work for retirement, not just a new role?
Yes. Your next chapter might be a new role, a pivot, volunteering, or retirement. There's space for all of it.
