For me, it's: who or what is stealing my precious time?

Your presence is a present. Value your time as a gift — how, and to what, will you give it this week?

Rather than thinking of our time as disposable, what if we treated it as a precious resource? Notice if you're "spending" too much of yours on someone or something that drains you rather than uplifts you.
