Brahmacharya: The Art of Saying No

Can you feel it? Psychologically, we're limping to the finish line with work, getting kids and grandkids through the last weeks of school, and social Christmas catch-ups are starting to fill the diary.
I've always admired people who can just say “ no” (to doing something). They don't seem to feel bad or give a million excuses. “Wow. Good on them. ” I think to myself.
“No” is necessary for Brahmacharya, which, in modern-day, can be interpreted to mean the “ right” use of energy (for what matters) and the avoidance of what can drain energy.
This week, we’ll explore how to conserve our energy for stuff that matters.
Big love, Em x
