Something we've been pondering this week is: Who have you lost contact with?

Maybe it's a dear old friend who you haven't spoken with for ages. Or maybe you've lost contact with a part of yourself that used to light you up before life got so... complicated

It makes me think of a beautiful Welsh word - hiraeth (pronounced HEER-eyeth) - a deep homesickness, grief for the lost or departed, and nostalgia with a melancholic edge. Sometimes it's not a place we're missing, but a long-lost friend or part of ourselves that's gone quiet.
