Hi, I'm Em
I lead all Little Glimmer classes and Retreats.
I'm a certified yoga instructor (Level 1 Tamara Yoga 350hr Teacher Training) and an accredited Menopause Yoga teacher.
I’m not a perfect teacher (no arm balances or headstands here!) I’m playful, philosophical, and nurturing.
I love how yoga teachers can mention one little story or a slice of yogi philosophy that reaches you at just the right time. I hope to bring this kind of little glimmer to you one day.​
