More than lying on your back—explore five Savasana variations to go deeper in the queen of asanas


What to expect

Savasana can be much more than lying on your back at the end of class. In this intimate 3-hour workshop, you'll explore five deeply restorative variations and discover techniques to go even deeper in the queen of asanas. 🌿 What We'll Explore We'll begin with gentle movement to prepare your body for deep rest, then journey through the brief history and philosophy of Savasana—exploring why it's called the most important pose. The heart of our time together will be a deep dive into 5 Savasana variations, each fully supported with props and personalized adjustments in our small group setting of just 12 people. ✨ What You'll Walk Away With You'll gain a personalized understanding of which Savasana variations suit your body best, techniques to deepen your relaxation in each variation, confidence to practice these variations at home, and a printed Savasana guide to take with you. 🧘 What's Included All yoga equipment is provided, including mats, bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, and blocks. You'll also receive a printed Savasana guide to take home. Just bring yourself and an open heart. You might also want to bring a water bottle, journal and pen for reflection, and your favourite blanket or cozy socks for extra comfort. 📍 Location & Details The workshop runs from 1-4pm at North Fremantle Community Hall, 2 Thompson Road, North Fremantle. Free parking is available directly in front of the hall, plus additional street parking on Thompson Road. The hall is wheelchair accessible—look for the first door on the right. Spaces are intentionally limited to 12 people to maintain the intimate, nurturing atmosphere. Investment is $65 per workshop. Book early to secure your spot.

Hi, I'm Em 

I lead all Little Glimmer classes and Retreats. 

I'm a certified yoga instructor (Level 1 Tamara Yoga 350hr Teacher Training) and an accredited Menopause Yoga teacher.

I’m not a perfect teacher (no arm balances or headstands here!) I’m playful, philosophical, and nurturing.

I love how yoga teachers can mention one little story or a slice of yogi philosophy that reaches you at just the right time. I hope to bring this kind of little glimmer to you one day.
