Frequently asked questions
What if I'm not very "good" at yoga?
There's no "good" at yoga — especially this kind. The practice is gentle, restorative and adaptable — slow flows, breathwork, yin and yoga nidra. I'll offer modifications throughout, and there's no expectation to push through anything that doesn't feel right for your body.
Is there much spare time?
Yes! Beyond the morning and evening yoga and your Treasure Hunt workshops, your afternoons are largely yours — for beach walks, snorkelling, swimming, journaling, dipping into the yogi library, an arranged massage, or just resting. The retreat is designed to give you space to breathe, not pack your days.
What if I'm coming on my own?
Whatever you're hoping for — making new friends or savouring some "me-time" — both are here. The group is small, and the rhythm of the days lets you lean into company or solitude. Both the house and the yoga beach house have plenty of quiet nooks to slip away to when you need a little space.
How do I get there?
Margaret River is around a three-hour drive south of Perth. Most guests drive — solo or together. Once you book, I'll send through directions and parking details.
What is the food like? Is it OK if I have dietary needs?
Beautiful. Jess from Sunny Peach Kitchen creates vibrant, nourishing vegetarian meals — fresh, seasonal, and made with so much care. Dietary needs are thoughtfully catered for — just let me know when you book. And if you think your body will really crave meat, Jess can offer options too.
Do I have to attend everything?
Not at all. Everything is offered, nothing is mandatory. If you need a quiet morning in bed, take it. If yoga isn't calling you one afternoon, walk the beach instead. You know what you need.
What if I'm in a hard moment in life right now?
I'm sorry if you are, and I'm sending you love. A hard moment can be exactly the reason to come on retreat — to give yourself time to heal a little. There's no expectation to "do" anything. You can rest, you can journal, you can just be by the ocean. Held gently, at your pace.
What if I need to cancel?
We have a fair, tiered cancellation policy, with refunds available for cancellations more than 30 days before the retreat. Full terms are sent with your booking confirmation. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Hello! Let me know if you have any questions.
If you are interested in reserving a room, please let me know which retreat (30 Oct -2 Nov or 6–9 Nov), and, if you are seeking a private or shared room.
