So many women I know — smart, capable, deeply caring — reach a point where they just don't feel like themselves anymore. Exhausted, going through the motions, with a nagging feeling that there's more. I was one of them.

What I discovered is that our bodies, minds and nervous systems need calm before anything else can shift. Restorative yoga, meditation, and breathwork are the missing pieces for creating the mental and physical space to actually hear yourself again.

As an experience designer, yoga teacher and retreat leader, I've developed a method that's both nurturing and inspiring. With space and time to open, something beautiful happens — you can examine your life, remember what lights you up, and imagine what comes next.

The Coming Back to You Method

This isn't another thing to squeeze into your already full life.

It's four months. One meaningful session a month — a pocket of time set aside just for you, to truly unwind, reflect and begin to hear yourself again. Think of it as a mini retreat you give yourself every month, from the comfort of your own home, alone or with a friend.

This is the time and space you've been craving. And for the first time, you're giving it to yourself. From that place of restoration, you'll begin to remember what brings you joy,

feel more like yourself again — and leave with a real plan to pursue what matters most.

RETREAT 1

Settle Within

From "I'm running on empty, and I've lost touch with myself" to "I feel rested, clear, and I have practices that actually restore me."

Before you can hear yourself, you need to put down what you've been carrying — all the caring, the doing, the giving to everyone else. This session is your permission to arrive, switch off and simply be.

Here's how we'll get there:

  • During the first at-home retreat, revitalise in simple yin and restorative practices that release tension held deep in the body and the mind

  • Learn meditation and breathwork techniques that practice presence and quiet the racing mind

  • Afterwards, you can access the Signature Settle Series - a selection of short videos and audio yin and restorative practices that can fit into daily life.

RETREAT 2

Treasure Hunt

From "I've forgotten what I actually enjoy." to
"I remember the little joys and can see what's holding me back."

Before we look forward, we look back — with curiousity, not judgment. This retreat maps the life so far, with all the joys and setbacks, and begins to uncover what's been buried beneath all the doing.

Here's how we'll get there:

  • The second online retreat moves us through an open awareness practice oriented around listening to your body

  • Be guided through your Treasure Hunt  — mapping Your Life So Far... your joys, your turning points, roads not taken

  • Identify the themes and patterns that have always been trying to get your attention

  • Close with a sound bath and restorative yoga to let everything that surfaces settle gently into the body

RETREAT 3

Dear Future Self

From "Something is pulling me, but I can't see how to get there" to "I have a vision for what I want — and tiny experiments to find my way."

That nagging feeling isn't a problem — it's a compass. This retreat rolls out a blank canvas and gets curious about what it's pointing toward. Using guided techniques to explore future pathways.

Here's how we'll get there:

  • Your third retreat allows you to open with a spacious awareness meditation to create room for possibility

  • You will brainstorm freely — what would you pursue if you knew it was allowed?

  • Look honestly at what's been holding you back — and how to meet it. We spend time here to consider how to overcome barriers.

  • Consider what you might like your Future Self to remember

You are Ready

From "I had dreams and somewhere along the way I just stopped" to "I have a first step and the courage to take it"

Not recklessly — readied. This retreat takes everything you've uncovered and turns it into something real and doable. You leave not with a grand plan, but with one clear, specific step you're actually going to take.

Here's how we'll get there:

  • Open with the You Are Ready meditation — because you are, even if you don't feel it yet

  • Discover how to test your ideas against real life with simple, low-stakes tiny experiments

  • Use the head, gut, heart tool to cut through the noise and find what your body already knows

  • Name your first step and commit to it — something small, real and doable
