Does this sound familiar?
"I feel like I'm drowning most days—working full-time, caring for my kids, my parents, and battling daily fatigue and mood swings that come out of nowhere."
"There's this nagging feeling that life has more to offer, that I was meant to be doing something different. I imagined life would be different by now."
"I know I should be taking better care of myself, but I don't even know where to start, and I certainly don't have time for another complicated routine."
If you're nodding along, then you're in the right place. You're not broken, you're not failing, and you're definitely not losing your mind. You're in the middle of one of life's most profound transitions, and it's time to stop just trying to get through it and start seeing it for what it really is—an invitation to come back to yourself.

How to Find Yourself Again
It all started with the trifecta - perimenopause symptoms, juggling demands of career, young kids, elderly parents, whilst approaching midlife wondering what's next? My brain was mush, I had racing thoughts at 3am, and fatigue that left me feeling like I was losing myself—becoming dull.
To help myself and my yoga students with perimenopause, I trained in Menopause Yoga. It was restorative yoga that really made a difference to my moods, energy and clarity. I realised we didn't need to "fix" our symptoms—we just needed to honour them with nurturing practices. It became clear that what we needed first was restoration to create mental and physical space - the pause in perimenopause.
I also worked as an experience designer, so I'm trained to understand what truly matters to people and what gets in their way. When I combined design thinking techniques with yoga philosophy in my classes and retreats, students started making changes (big and small) in their lives.
I discovered this beautiful combination: restorative practices create space, and from that calm comes the clarity and confidence to design what's next.
Ta da! Come Back to You was born!
The Coming Back to You Method
This isn't another program about "managing your symptoms" or "fixing" what's wrong. This is about honoring what's happening in your body while creating space to remember who you are and choose what comes next.

Here's what makes this different: instead of fighting your changing body or trying to push through like you used to, you'll learn to work with your new rhythms. And from that place of restoration, you'll naturally gain clarity about what you actually want for this next chapter of your life.

Stage 1| Coming Home
From "Nothing is working anymore" to "I have practices that actually restore my energy"

You'll discover that what your body actually needs isn't more pushing or fixing—it's restoration. Through gentle restorative practices and mindset-shifting meditations, you'll learn to work with your body's new rhythms and create simple daily rituals that feel supportive, not overwhelming.
Here's how we'll get there:
-
Master key restorative poses that actually give you energy (not drain it further)
-
Create your personal sanctuary space that fits any home or budget
-
Discover breathwork techniques that soften emotional intensity and shift you from overwhelm to calm
-
Design sustainable daily rituals you can weave into your jam-packed schedule

Stage 2 | Mood Altar
From "Moods and energy hit me out of nowhere" to "I have practices in my pocket for any moment"

If and when perimenopause moods sweep over you—whether it's anxiety before a work meeting, unexpected rage at your family, or sudden exhaustion at dinner time—you'll have specific, doable practices ready to go. These are subtle, discreet techniques you can use anywhere without drawing attention to yourself.

Here's your mood altar toolkit:
-
Learn specific 5-minute sequences for anxiety, brain fog, energy crashes, and emotional overwhelm
-
Master 20-minute restorative rituals for deeper nervous system reset
-
Practice targeted breathwork (like lion's breath for anger, 4-7-8 for anxiety)
-
Create your personal "emergency toolkit" for bathroom breaks, car trips, and 3am wake-ups

Stage 3 | Treasure Hunt
From "I'm losing myself" to "I remember who I am beneath all the roles"

It's time to reclaim the playful, creative person you used to be before life got so serious. Using structured exercises and ancient wisdom, you'll work through what's been holding you back and rediscover the dreams and passions you may have set aside.

Here's how we'll rediscover your spark:
-
We'll create your personalized "life journey map" that helps you see the patterns, passions, and experiences that led you here and what they reveal about where you want to go next
-
We'll explore what truly lights you up now and identify what's been holding you back from pursuing it
-
Practice yogic philosophy techniques for releasing your limiting beliefs

Stage 4: Choose Your Next Adventure
From "I don't know what comes next" to "I'm choosing my own adventure"
You've lost your way in the maze of everyone else's expectations, but now you're ready to choose your own path. Through strategic life design exercises, you'll create a clear vision for what comes next and the confidence to pursue it.

Here's how we'll design your next chapter:
-
The fun bit! We'll explore what your ideal adventure looks like - starting with brave possibilities, then making them practical
-
Using gut intuition and strategic planning, we'll help you choose which adventure will create the most meaningful change in your life
-
Get practical tools including a change navigation toolkit with conversation scripts, risk assessment frameworks, and pilot project approaches
Once You Follow This Method, Things Start to Shift
You stop fighting against your body and start working with its new rhythms. You stop feeling guilty about needing rest and start honoring it as wisdom. You stop waiting for "someday" to pursue what matters to you and start taking small, meaningful steps now.

This isn't about becoming a different person. It's about coming back to who you've always been, underneath all the noise and expectations and roles you've been carrying.

This is what coming back to yourself looks like...
You wake up and actually feel like yourself again—not the scattered, overwhelmed version you've become, but the woman you remember being. There's a quiet confidence in your body, a sense that you can handle whatever the day brings.

You move through your day with this gentle certainty about what matters and what doesn't. Decisions feel clearer, boundaries feel natural, and that constant background anxiety has softened into something more like curiosity.
You remember what joy feels like—not the fleeting happiness that comes from checking things off lists, but the steady, glowing satisfaction of living aligned with who you really are.

You have a vision for what comes next that lights you up from the inside. You're not waiting for permission anymore, not apologizing for wanting more. You're choosing your path with the kind of clarity that only comes from really knowing yourself
