"Do I need special equipment?"

No special equipment needed! Just a yoga mat (or towel), 2-3 pillows or cushions, and a blanket. We'll work with what you have at home.

"Will this replace medical care?"

No. This complements medical treatment by providing practical self-care tools. Always consult your healthcare provider about symptoms.
