Resist Rush: Slowing Down in a Hurried World

Watercolour butterfly on a pink flower with the words resist rush

I am self-imposing a challenge to myself to resist rushing.

How's that going? It's so hard!

Our brains are naturally built to think about the next thing - to plan ahead. It's in our DNA, imprinted when we needed to consider where our next meal would come from. But the downside is: how do we relax and enjoy one activity when our brain is already planning the next?

So, this week we'll be diving into some wisdom from a few of my favourite books and practising treasured yoga techniques to do less and enjoy more!

Big love, Em x
