The To-Do List I've Never Written

I have to-do lists everywhere. On my phone, in notebooks, on random bits of paper that follow me around the house.
What I had never heard of was a "stop-doing list". Have you? I love the sound of it though...
A researcher called Leidy Klotz spent years studying why, when we want to improve something, we almost always add to it rather than remove anything. It's the way our brains are wired. Isn't it? We don't think to subtract. The option barely even registers.
This week, we're playing with that idea on the mat — moving to release, to shed, to find that straining for range often stifles our form. And then, in the restorative practice, going even further. Because lying completely still and doing nothing is one of the most lovely subtractions of all.
Big love, Em x
