Why Do We Love to Watch the Sun Go Down?

Have you ever wondered why we love to watch a sunset?

There's something about the changing light, the sun slowly descending, then instantly disappearing — it gives me a little tap on the heart. Maybe it's a quiet reminder of what Heraclitus said thousands of years ago: the only constant in life is change.

We can't control what changes.

We can only choose how we meet it.
