Yoga for Worriers: Softening an Anxious Mind

Illustration of a woman in warrior pose surrounded by worried thought bubbles, by Gemma Correll

Ever felt like this? This illustration made me chuckle because I'm a recovering worrywart.... I was drawn to yoga because it helps me to worry less, partly because of the philosophy and partly because it helps to still the mind.

It makes me think that when your computer is not working, IT always asks, "Have you tried restarting your machine?" Sometimes, we've got too many apps open and all it needs is to be switched off for a little while, and then it comes back to life, fresh.

Big love, Em x
